下载 App
安卓 App 在 quiz.alx37.com/app 下载，安装时手机弹出提示的处理办法也在那一页。纯血鸿蒙（HarmonyOS 5 及以上）不能安装安卓安装包，请直接用网页版。iPhone、iPad 版在 App Store 下载，需要 iOS 26 及以上。
登录
安卓 App 和网页版可以直接输入激活码，也可以用 PassFish 账户邮箱和密码登录；iOS App 只支持账户登录，还没有账户的，先在网页版 quiz.alx37.com/account 创建账户并添加激活码，再回 App 登录。同一账户可以在多台设备上使用，学习进度会自动同步。
忘记密码
在登录页点「忘记密码」，输入邮箱，收到 6 位验证码后设置新密码。验证码 10 分钟内有效；没收到请检查垃圾邮件文件夹，或稍后重试。
看不到我的考试
请确认登录的是正确的邮箱。仍然看不到时，把账户邮箱和考试名称发到 support@alx37.com，我们会帮你核对。
进度没有同步
进度会在联网时自动上传，回到 App 时自动拉取。换设备后请稍等几秒。离线时作答照常保存在本机，联网后再同步。
问鱼（AI 学习助手）
问鱼按日限定次数，次日自动恢复。模考进行中不提供问鱼。回答由 AI 生成，可能有误，请以官方资料为准。
删除账户
在 App（iOS、安卓）中打开「我的」→「删除账户」，输入密码确认即可。也可以用注册邮箱发信给我们申请删除。详情见隐私政策。

我们不投放广告，不接入第三方统计，也不跟踪你。完整说明见隐私政策。

Getting the app
Download the Android app at quiz.alx37.com/app (Chinese interface). Get the iPhone and iPad app on the App Store (Chinese interface, iOS 26 or later). The web version at quiz.alx37.com has a full English interface.
Signing in
Sign in with your PassFish account email and password. One account works on several devices and your progress syncs automatically.
Forgot password
Tap “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen, enter your email and use the 6-digit code we send you (valid for 10 minutes). Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
My exam is missing
Make sure you signed in with the right email. If it is still missing, send us your account email and the exam name.
Progress not syncing
Progress uploads whenever you are online and refreshes when you return to the app. Answers made offline are saved on the device and sync later.
Deleting your account
In the iOS or Android app open Me → Delete Account and confirm with your password, or email us from your registered address. See the Privacy Policy.
